This hands-on workshop provides a creative space for educators to unwind, connect with colleagues, and reflect on their own social-emotional well-being. Through the meditative process of painting, participants will explore themes of self-awareness, stress management, and community building while creating a personal piece of art to take home.
Participants will work with air-dry clay—a simple, clean, and beginner-friendly medium perfect for one-day activities that can be taken home the same day. The session will begin with a brief introduction to the materials, including a guided demonstration of basic clay techniques. From there, participants will engage in a mindfulness-based art activity designed to release stress and foster presence in the moment. Surrounded by soothing music, soft lighting, and calming guidance, everyone will create a unique piece to take home as a personal reminder of relaxation and renewal
