In this class, we’ll blend gentle stretches, accessible movement, and simple mindfulness practices you can do right from your chair or while standing. Whether you're in jeans, formal wear, or school clothes, you’ll be guided through relaxing techniques to ease tension in the body, quiet mental noise, and return to the rest of your day feeling more grounded and clear.

Together, we’ll explore:
  • Breathwork to calm the nervous system
  • Light, feel-good stretches for the neck, shoulders, spine, and wrists
  • Seated and standing movements anyone can do
  • Short moments of mindfulness to bring your attention back to the present
